Please read these terms carefully before booking. By using our services you agree to the following conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
- By accessing our website or making a booking with Glamoreo, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
- If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
- We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Booking & Reservations
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Glamoreo.
- A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment and issuance of a booking confirmation.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation.
- The guest who makes the booking is responsible for all guests in the party and must ensure all guests comply with these terms.
- Accurate guest details (name, contact number, email, number of guests) must be provided at the time of booking.
3. Payments
- Prices are listed in USD and are subject to applicable taxes and fees.
- A deposit may be required at the time of booking, with the balance due before or on check-in, as specified during the booking process.
- We accept payment via major credit/debit cards, UPI, bank transfer, and WhatsApp Pay where applicable.
- All transactions are processed securely. Glamoreo does not store full card details.
- Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.
4. Check-in & Check-out
- Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
- Self check-in instructions will be sent to confirmed guests prior to arrival.
- Guests must present valid photo identification upon check-in.
- Failure to check in on the scheduled date without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the booking amount.
5. Guest Responsibilities
- Guests are responsible for taking care of the property and all its contents during their stay.
- Any damage caused by guests or their visitors will be charged to the guest at full replacement or repair cost.
- Noise levels must be kept reasonable, particularly during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- The maximum number of guests permitted per property must not be exceeded.
- Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
- Pets are allowed; however, guests are responsible for ensuring pets do not cause damage or disturbance.
6. Prohibited Activities
- Parties or events beyond the booked guest count are strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
- Illegal activities of any kind are not permitted on the property.
- Sub-letting or re-booking the property to third parties is not allowed.
- Tampering with safety equipment (smoke alarms, fire extinguishers) is prohibited.
7. Liability
- Glamoreo is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to guests or their belongings during their stay.
- Guests use all outdoor facilities, trails, and natural surroundings at their own risk.
- Glamoreo is not responsible for service interruptions such as power, water, or internet outages caused by factors outside our control.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, force majeure), Glamoreo reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings with appropriate notice.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content on this website including images, text, logos, and branding is the property of Glamoreo and may not be reproduced without written permission.
- Guest-submitted content (reviews, photos shared with consent) may be used for promotional purposes.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Himachal Pradesh, India.
